DBR-PZ-30-220V-30W/m低溫電伴熱帶工作原理限溫電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶是(shi)(國外稱為(wei):自控溫電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶)新一(yi)代一(yi)種(zhong)恒溫帶狀(zhuang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器,其發(fa)熱(re)(re)原件的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率(lv)具有(you)很(hen)高正溫系(xi)數(shu)(shu),在(zai)生產(chan)過(guo)程中(zhong),以(yi)(yi)兩根低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率(lv)、高導電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)、耐(nai)腐抗氧(yang)化材(cai)料為(wei)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)母(mu)線(xian),在(zai)兩根電(dian)(dian)(dian)母(mu)線(xian)之間均勻放置以(yi)(yi)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)碳(tan)粒為(wei)發(fa)熱(re)(re)基(ji)材(cai)的(de)具有(you)正溫度(du)(du)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)的(de)納米發(fa)熱(re)(re)聚(ju)和物(wu),在(zai)每根伴(ban)熱(re)(re)線(xian)內(nei),母(mu)線(xian)之間的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路數(shu)(shu)溫度(du)(du)的(de)變(bian)化而(er)變(bian)化,當(dang)(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶周圍(wei)環境溫度(du)(du)變(bian)低(di)時,發(fa)熱(re)(re)聚(ju)和物(wu)微(wei)分子收縮而(er)使(shi)碳(tan)粒連(lian)接形(xing)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,電(dian)(dian)(dian)流通(tong)過(guo)此(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路做功,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶發(fa)熱(re)(re),當(dang)(dang)溫度(du)(du)升高時,發(fa)熱(re)(re)聚(ju)和物(wu)微(wei)分子膨脹而(er)使(shi)碳(tan)粒連(lian)接漸漸分開(kai),形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路數(shu)(shu)減少,電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶自動降低(di)功率(lv)輸出,當(dang)(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)伴(ban)熱(re)(re)帶周圍(wei)環境溫度(du)(du)變(bian)低(di)時,發(fa)熱(re)(re)聚(ju)和物(wu)微(wei)分子收縮而(er)使(shi)碳(tan)粒連(lian)接又形(xing)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,這(zhe)樣周而(er)復(fu)始(shi)控制(zhi)的(de)溫度(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)會過(guo)高亦(yi)不(bu)(bu)會過(guo)低(di),形(xing)成(cheng)溫度(du)(du)自動控制(zhi)。

四、產品適用范圍
WLDBR-30-220-PJ防護型(低溫)自限溫電伴熱帶廣泛應用民用太陽能、地熱采暖、消防、石油、化工、鋼鐵、電力、環保等工業企業的管線、儲罐的伴熱保溫、抗凝、防凍。該電伴熱帶適用于普通區、危險區和腐蝕區。

伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)作(zuo)為一(yi)種(zhong)有效的(de)(de)管道(dao)(儲罐)保溫及防(fang)凍(dong)方案(an)一(yi)直(zhi)(zhi)被廣泛應用(yong)。其工(gong)作(zuo)原理是通過伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)媒體散(san)發一(yi)定的(de)(de)熱(re)量,通過直(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)或(huo)間接(jie)的(de)(de)熱(re)交換補充被伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)管道(dao)的(de)(de)損失,以(yi)達到升溫、保溫或(huo)防(fang)凍(dong)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常工(gong)作(zuo)要求。20世紀(ji)70年代,美國能(neng)源行業(ye)就提出用(yong)電(dian)伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)方案(an)來(lai)替(ti)代蒸汽(qi)伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)的(de)(de)設想。70年代末80年代初(chu),包括能(neng)源行業(ye)在內的(de)(de)很多工(gong)業(ye)部門(men)已廣泛推廣了電(dian)伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),以(yi)電(dian)伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)全面代替(ti)蒸汽(qi)伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)。電(dian)伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)發展(zhan),已由傳統的(de)(de)恒功率伴(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)熱(re)發展(zhan)到以(yi)導電塑料為核心的自(zi)控(kong)溫電伴熱。

電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)帶接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)后(hou)(注(zhu)意尾端線(xian)芯(xin)不得連接(jie)),電(dian)流由一(yi)根(gen)線(xian)芯(xin)經過導(dao)電(dian)的PTC材料到另一(yi)線(xian)芯(xin)而(er)形成回(hui)路。電(dian)能使導(dao)電(dian)材料升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen),其電(dian)阻(zu)隨即增加(jia),當芯(xin)帶溫(wen)(wen)度(du)升(sheng)至某值之后(hou),電(dian)阻(zu)大到幾(ji)乎(hu)阻(zu)斷電(dian)流的程度(du),其溫(wen)(wen)度(du)不再升(sheng)高,與此同時電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)帶向溫(wen)(wen)度(du)較低(di)的被加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)體系傳熱(re)(re)(re)。電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)帶的功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)主要(yao)受控于 傳熱(re)(re)(re)過程,隨被加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)體系的溫(wen)(wen)度(du)自(zi)動(dong)調節(jie)輸出功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),而(er)傳統的恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器卻(que)無(wu)此功(gong)(gong)(gong)能。
一次性(xing)投(tou)資,還是年運行費用,電伴熱(re)(re)(re)帶比蒸(zheng)汽(qi)伴熱(re)(re)(re)帶都要節(jie)省(sheng);有的項(xiang)目電伴熱(re)(re)(re)帶的一次性(xing)投(tou)資可能會略(lve)高于蒸(zheng)汽(qi)熱(re)(re)(re)水伴熱(re)(re)(re),但以年運行費用論,通常電伴熱(re)(re)(re)運行 1-2年節(jie)省(sheng)的費用就能收回投(tou)資。
